Customer must call our facilities and receive a return authorization number.
Explanation of the return and a copy of original invoice
Return product must be in new resalable original packaging
Return will be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fees including all freight charges.
Bike Pass will inspect all returns for damages and determine whether additional fees need to apply.
